Public health is happening everywhere. We tell the stories.
Stories worth seeing. Systems worth understanding. The production division of Today in Public Health — building a body of public-health film work grounded in evidence, not fiction.
Watch on YouTubeWhere things stand. Studios is being built. The capabilities below describe what the division does and will offer. We are not listing films, runtimes, or release dates that do not exist yet — any concept work is clearly labeled, and finished films will live on our YouTube channel.
What Studios does
TiPH Original Films
Independent, editorially-owned documentaries and short films on the public-health systems we choose to investigate. Funded and directed in-house, held to our editorial standards.
Commissioned Public-Health Films
Films produced for health departments, universities, nonprofits, and mission-aligned organizations. Commissioned work is disclosed and never dictates independent editorial coverage.
Research to Film
Translating studies, data, and reports into clear visual stories — turning findings that stay trapped in journals into something a wider public can actually see and understand.
Field Production
On-location capture in the communities, clinics, and environments where public health happens — built for accuracy and consent, not spectacle.
Impact Packages
A film paired with the assets that make it useful: explainer cuts, social edits, discussion guides, and supporting material for classrooms and campaigns.
Longitudinal Documentation
Following a place, program, or question over months and years, so change can be documented honestly rather than staged in a single shoot.
The slate
We are in early development across our eight worlds. There are no finished Studios films to show yet, so we are not going to invent titles, runtimes, or premiere dates. When a film is real and published, it will appear here and on the channel — labeled honestly, with its sources.
Follow the channel for releasesProduction philosophy
We make public health cinematic without making it fiction. Every film is grounded in evidence, sourced carefully, and built to help people see systems they never noticed.
Research-to-film tooling
In partnership with Quantish Solutions
Some Research-to-Film work draws on tools and data pipelines from Quantish Solutions, an affiliated innovation studio, to turn research into accurate visual stories. Quantish is a disclosed affiliate; it supports production but does not influence independent editorial coverage. See our Conflicts of Interest policy.
