A scan runs twice daily and stages proposed changes against what is live. Per Elijah St. John's configuration, staged changes are auto-approved and applied automatically — no daily manual gate — and every applied change is recorded below so the desk stays auditable. Newsroom story leads are staged separately and are never auto-published.
